Despatch and Delivery Schedules

Despatch
We aim to dispatch within five days of order, the day of despatch is dependent on the day of the week that you place your order. Please see the schedule outlined below.

Royal Mail collects all classes of business post, from our workshop, on Monday and Friday only. 

  • Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday, (excluding public holidays).

  • Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday, (excluding public holidays).

The extra charge for first-class post is imposed by Royal Mail and does not alter the despatch schedule.

DPD courier services collect daily Monday - Friday.

  • Items for courier delivery, purchased BEFORE 12:00 noon will be dispatched on the next weekday, (excluding public holidays).

All timescales refer to working days.

Delivery
Royal Mail aim to deliver within the following delivery times -

  • RM 24 (First class) 1-2 working days from despatch

  • RM48 (Second class) 3-5 working days from despatch 
    Royal Mail do not guarantee timings on standard services, the only guaranteed service is Special delivery or Next day delivery which is quoted as 1-2 working days delivery from dispatch.

Estimated delivery date is quoted prior to order, in your order confirmation upon order and is shown in your order history after order.

All parcels are dispatched with Delivery confirmation tracking, a service developed by Royal Mail and synced with most eCommerce platforms, which provides you with a reference number to prove postage and online confirmation of delivery.  It is not a fully tracked service.
A 2D barcode is shown on the address label which holds information regarding the parcel. This service incurs no extra cost to you and is operated by Royal Mail.  Please ask for details. 
Delivery Confirmation is not the same service as a fully tracked service. If you need to know the progress of your parcel at any time, please ask about full tracking before ordering.
Orders will be shipped to the PayPal/Bank registered address. Please check it is correct prior to submitting an order. The address can not be changed after order. 
Anything returned to us or the distribution centre due to an incorrect or incomplete address will result in additional shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

Occasionally delays can occur in the postal system from such causes as, and not limited to, Inclement Weather, Pandemic, Transport Difficulties.
