Ordering. 
We aim to make all keepsakes within 5 days of order, Glass Charms may take up to 10 days at busier times..
We are open from 09:30 to 1630 Monday to Thursday and 09:30 to 15:00 on Fridays.   The office and workshop are closed at weekends and on public holidays.  
To take advantage of any quantity discount or postage discount, orders must be made in the same transaction. 
If you require more items than the available quantity shown, please contact us before placing the order.
If asked, remember to give any information requested in checkout notes.
Please be aware that not all items may be suitable for young children if unsupervised, these are not toys and you should be aware of the dangers of choking hazards and sharp edges.
