Ordering. 
We aim to make all key ring keepsakes within 5 days.
We are open from 09:30 to 1630 Monday to Thursday and 09:30 to 15:00 on Fridays.   The office and workshop are closed at weekends and on public holidays.  
To take advantage of any quantity discount or postage discount, orders must be made in the same transaction. 
If you require more items than the available quantity shown, please contact us before placing the order.
If asked for, remember to give any information requested in checkout notes.
Please be aware that all orders may not be suitable for young children if unsupervised, these are not toys and you should be aware of the dangers of choking hazards and sharp edges. 

Choosing the class of postage or courier.
Check the Postage and Payments section of the listing to check for the additional charge for each additional item.  
We offer second-class standard (RM48), first-class tracked (RM24 tracked) and DPD courier service but we will meet your requirements where possible.  Please message to discuss before completing the order. 
Please select the postage rate from drop-down menu at checkout. We only charge what we pay for postage and packing, we do not make a profit from postage.

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch within five days. Please see the schedule outlined below.

Royal Mail collects all classes of business post, from our workshop, on Monday and Friday only. 

• Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Sunday will be dispatched on a Monday, (excluding bank holidays).

• Items purchased BEFORE 14:30 on Thursday will be dispatched on a Friday, (excluding bank holidays).

The extra charge for first-class post applies to the postage only and does not alter the dispatch schedule.

Delivery
Royal Mail aim to deliver with the following delivery times - RM 24 (First class) 1-2 working days from dispatch and RM48 (Second class) 3-5 working days from dispatch but they do not guarantee these times, the only guaranteed service is Special delivery or Next day delivery which is quoted as 1-2 working days delivery from dispatch.
An estimated delivery date is given by eBay in the estimated delivery section prior to order, in your order confirmation email upon order and is shown in your purchase history after order.

All parcels are dispatched with Delivery confirmation tracking, a service developed by Royal Mail and synced with most eCommerce platforms, which gives a tracking number and an online confirmation of delivery. 
A 2D barcode is included which can be scanned with a smartphone, these services incur no extra cost and are provided free by Royal Mail.  Please ask for details. 
Delivery Confirmation is not the same service as live tracking. If you need to know the progress of your parcel at any time, please ask about live tracking before ordering.

Your purchase would benefit from an occasional wipe with a mild detergent on a soft cloth or sponge to keep its finish. Avoid the use of use abrasives as it may damage the bound surface. 

Perfume applied near to the item may also damage the bound surface, clean items regularly as described that may come into contact with toiletries to prevent damage.  

Penrux items are robust but we do not recommend partaking of boisterous activities or allowing them to be played with.
Items are not suitable for unsupervised children.
Buyers should be aware of sharp and small components when puchasing. 
Keepsakes are decorative and not intended to have objects attached to them. 
Penrux use Zinc alloy, Rhodium, Stainless steel and Silver-Plated components, as stated in each listing. Buyers should read the listing to judge if suitable to known allergies, if any..

Penrux offers a return policy on both seller and buyer returns.   ​

• A buyer return is for when the buyer has a change of mind, orders in error - all postage is paid and arranged by the buyer.
  You are advised to get a proof of posting receipt from the post office.

• A seller return is for faulty or not as described items - return postage is paid by the seller.  

Go to your 'Purchase/Order history' select 'Return this item' and follow online instructions. 
If you have access to a printer you will be sent a return label, if not you can claim potage back on safe return of the item.
