The usual despatch time is within 5 days, it may be longer during busy periods as all orders are made to order, so please allow up to 10 days for despatch, message before ordering if you need your order sooner.

Our busiest time for glass charms will be March - mid-October, during this time we prioritise orders based on the date needed. If you don't specify a date, please allow 10 days for despatch.
 
Charms will be presented in an organza gift bag, we advise that you store them like this until needed. 
They will be delivered in a Sealed Air envelope or postal box for larger orders.
 
Select the wedding guest and colour from the drop-down menu and add it to the basket.
Mix the colours as you wish.
To enable us to make last minute orders please advise of the date required by. 
 
Glass charms comprise - 
2 x 6mm pearl beads in your choice of colour,
4 x 4mm starburst silver acrylic beads,
silver wire and 
1 x guest charm of your choice.
 
If you can't see the engraved heart charm or quantity that you require, please ask, we also stock Hen Party and in a separate listing Party Glass Markers where you can find Friends and Family charm.
 
Custom colours not stocked will be subject to a £1.80 charge for up to 50 markers in addition to the individual charge.
